Nick Himowicz


As a consultant, facilitator and executive coach, Nick supports large organisations and Start-ups with generating and executing the people part of their innovation strategy. Nick’s background is in solution-based selling in the consulting industry, both in the UK and Australia.  He started his coaching career 10 years ago, helping senior executives in Latin America improve their communication, presentation and sales skills.

Nick now works with founders, CEOs and frontline teams (and everyone in between) to help them really understand what innovation is and how they can make it happen more effectively in their organisation. Some of the methodologies he uses include Lean Startup, Value Proposition Design, Business Model Generation, the Six Thinking Hats.

Nick holds an MSc in Management and Innovation from the University of Exeter and is a guest lecturer on their executive MBA programme. He is also a master practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
